1. Seller and scope
These terms cover the puppy-guide.shop website, free resources and digital purchases from SuperFixer LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. Email: contact@puppy-guide.shop. Postal address: SuperFixer LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA.
Place an order only if you can legally enter into the contract, or through a parent or other authorized adult. Available editions are US English, UK English and German. Your selected storefront determines the product edition, not the country whose mandatory consumer rights apply to you.
2. What you receive
We sell downloadable reading guides, separate printable worksheets and bundles supplied as PDF files and ZIP archives. The product page identifies the included files, edition, price and any extras. No printed book or other physical item is shipped. Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions.
The reading guides and worksheets use A4 pages. You need an internet connection to download, a compatible PDF reader, a ZIP-opening tool for archives and a printer if you want paper copies. PDF worksheets are intended for printing; interactive form fields are not promised. Canva templates have their own layouts and may use different dimensions.
3. Personal-use licence
After payment, you may download, keep backups and print the purchased files for your own household. The same personal-use conditions apply to free resources. You may share completed care or handover sheets with people caring for your own pet, including a sitter, trainer or veterinarian.
You may personalise Canva templates for your own pet and share finished personal outputs, such as milestone images or a missing-pet poster. This permission does not allow you to sell the designs, distribute blank templates or publish customer template-copy links. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.
You may not resell, sublicence, publicly upload or distribute the books, blank worksheets, editable source files or template access links, including modified versions. Commercial use, client distribution and use for multiple customer households require separate written permission. Statutory exceptions to copyright remain available.
4. Canva collection bonus
Where included in the collection offer, the Canva bonus consists of five English template sets with eleven pages. It is separate from the PDF guides and worksheet files and is not included with individual book purchases. Personalization means you edit your own copy; it is not a bespoke design service performed by us.
You need a Canva account and a compatible browser or Canva app to use the templates. A Canva subscription, printing or optional paid assets you choose are not included in the purchase. Your use of Canva is governed by Canva's terms. Check any charge shown by Canva before authorizing it, and contact us if the supplied template cannot be used as described.
We are responsible for delivering the bonus advertised with your purchase. An unavailable or unusable advertised template can be reported under the refund policy; describing it as a bonus does not remove your statutory rights. Canva is a separate provider and does not sponsor or endorse this store.
5. Ordering, prices and payment
Choose an edition and currency, add the products you want, review the basket and complete Stripe checkout. You can correct items before submitting payment. The final checkout shows the amount and currency charged, any discount and applicable tax. Where required, displayed consumer prices include applicable tax. No shipping charge applies. Your bank may charge its own currency-conversion or payment fees.
Payment methods depend on the options Stripe displays. An order becomes confirmed when payment succeeds, including a zero-total order accepted by checkout. A payment that is still processing does not unlock downloads until confirmed. Save your confirmation and a copy of these terms for your records.
Promotional offers apply only under the conditions shown with the offer. A later price change does not change an already confirmed purchase.
6. Access and delivery
Following payment confirmation, downloads appear on the confirmation or order page and are sent to the checkout email. Save a local copy and keep your private order link. Find my order can email access links for purchases made with that email address. Contact us if a promised file or template is missing, damaged or inaccessible.
Paid downloads are checked against order status. A fully refunded order no longer has download access. Free-resource links last 30 days and can be requested again. The purchase covers the content and extras described at purchase, with any updates required by law; it does not promise all future editions, new products or indefinite operation of a third-party service.
7. Cancellation, refunds and product rights
EU, EEA and UK consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital-content contract. We do not treat payment, acceptance of these terms or access to a file as a waiver of that right. Our checkout does not require you to waive it. See the refund policy for the notice, how to exercise the right and an optional model form.
We also offer the 30-day money-back guarantee described in the refund policy. It is additional to mandatory rights and applies to individual books and the collection.
Digital content must meet applicable statutory requirements, including its description and quality. Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may be entitled to correction, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. These rights are not limited to the voluntary guarantee period. Australian consumers retain applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Educational content and pet care
The guides, worksheets, website and templates provide general educational and planning information. They do not provide individual veterinary diagnosis, treatment, emergency advice or a professional training consultation. They do not guarantee a particular training result, behaviour or timeframe.
Seek advice from a veterinarian or appropriately qualified reward-based behaviour professional for your own dog, especially for health concerns, distress, aggression or sudden changes. In an emergency, contact local veterinary services. Regional examples do not replace current building rules, travel requirements or advice from local professionals.
9. Responsibility and lawful use
Use the website and access links lawfully. Do not bypass payment or access controls, distribute another customer's links, introduce harmful code or interfere with the service. You are responsible for having permission to use photos, text and personal details you add to a template and for checking them before sharing.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. We remain responsible for supplying the digital content as agreed. No statement about educational use or third-party services removes those obligations.
10. Complaints, law and changes

Subject to mandatory law, these terms are governed by the law of Wyoming, United States. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring claims in the courts available to them under the law of their habitual residence. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. Later revisions apply prospectively and do not remove rights from an existing purchase. The privacy and cookie policies describe data handling; accepting these terms does not itself consent to optional tracking or marketing emails.
