1. Who we are
puppy-guide.shop is operated by SuperFixer LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. SuperFixer LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

This policy covers browsing the store, purchases, free resources, order recovery and support. Information comes from you, your browser, our payment provider and our email delivery systems.
2. Information we use
- Orders and payments: your name, email, billing details supplied at checkout, products, edition, currency, discounts, amounts, payment and refund status, order references and delivery records. Stripe handles payment credentials; the store does not receive or store your full card number or security code.
- Free resources and order recovery: your name, email, requested resource or order lookup, edition and delivery status. Private resource links contain the resource, edition and expiry; order links identify the order. Keep these links private because anyone holding them may access the linked content or order details.
- Email delivery and choices: recipient name and address, preferred edition, requested message, delivery status and records used to prevent duplicate order emails. We keep the wording, version, time and source of your service email request, and use your name to personalize the greeting. We also record your separate marketing checkbox choice, the exact consent and privacy wording, version, date, resource and form page. A keyed hash of the request IP address and browser information help document the request; the consent record does not store the raw IP address.
- Site use and security: IP address, browser and device information, approximate country inferred from the connection, request times, URLs, referring pages, error information and privacy preferences. We use the country and language to suggest an edition and apply regional privacy settings.
- Optional measurement: page and product views, basket actions, checkout, free-resource requests and purchases, together with campaign parameters, click identifiers, visitor identifiers, order values and product identifiers. Where marketing is allowed, matching data may include hashed email, name and location fields, plus IP address and browser information.
- Support: the information you choose to include in messages and any records needed to resolve your request. Avoid sending full payment credentials or sensitive personal information.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use order and contact information to accept payment, supply what you request, recover orders, handle refunds and answer support requests. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our grounds are performance of a contract or steps you request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). Required accounting and tax records are processed under applicable legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
Our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) include securing the store, limiting abusive requests, preventing duplicate delivery, resolving disputes and keeping records of privacy choices. We balance these interests against your rights. Future optional email marketing relies on your separate consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
Optional analytics and advertising rely on consent where required. In regions using an opt-out model, measurement may operate until you opt out, subject to applicable law. Cookie permission does not subscribe you to email. You can use the shop and buy without accepting optional cookies.
The information needed to process an order or email a requested resource is necessary for that service. Without it, we may be unable to fulfill your request. We do not use automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. Advertising partners may use event data to match audiences and personalize advertising.
4. Requested service emails
A purchase, free download request or order lookup produces the service email needed to deliver your request. Marketing permission is a separate, optional checkbox. You can receive the free resource without agreeing to marketing.
You can opt in to puppy-care tips, new resources and offers from puppy-guide.shop. We record that permission for future email marketing. Campaign sending and basket reminders are currently disabled; ticking the box does not start an automated email sequence.
Contact us at the support address above to withdraw marketing consent at any time. Necessary order and expressly requested delivery messages remain available. We keep relevant consent and withdrawal records to document and respect your choices. Our automated sender mailbox is not monitored; use the separate support address.
5. Providers and disclosures
Stripe processes checkout, payments, fraud prevention, refunds and associated records. It also uses data for its own payment-service obligations as described in its privacy policy. Our website host, database and file storage providers, and configured email delivery service process the information needed to provide purchases, requested resources and order recovery.
No external analytics or advertising platform is currently configured for this deployment. The cookie policy also lists the store's own preference and measurement storage.
We may disclose necessary records to professional advisers, payment dispute handlers or public authorities where needed for legal obligations or claims. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising disclosures may count as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under some US state laws.
6. Canva and information you add to files
If your purchase includes Canva templates, opening a template takes you to Canva. Your Canva account, uploads, editing and exports are handled under Canva's terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your Canva password or automatically receive photos and text you add to your own copy.
Entries made in a downloaded worksheet stay in the copy you use; this shop has no worksheet submission or cloud-sync feature. Information you voluntarily send to support is handled as support information. Check contact details, addresses and photos before sharing a completed care sheet, poster or image.
7. Tracking choices and server events
The EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland and visitors whose country is unknown use an opt-in setting for optional cookies. Other detected regions use an opt-out setting. Cookie settings lets you change analytics and marketing separately. A detected Global Privacy Control signal turns marketing off, including when a previous cookie allowed it.
When marketing is allowed, we may send events from both your browser and our server. Email and certain other matching fields are hashed before being sent to advertising services. Hashing is pseudonymization, not anonymization: a partner may match a hash to an account it already holds. IP addresses, browser information, click IDs and event details are not all hashed.
Your marketing choice at checkout is saved with the order and used for the later payment-confirmation event. Changing browser settings stops future browser tracking and new requests using those settings, but does not erase earlier disclosures or automatically rewrite a checkout record. Contact us about an order-specific privacy request.
Google advanced consent mode is not enabled with an active Google tag in this deployment. Any configured Google tag loads only when an analytics or marketing choice allows it.
8. International processing
SuperFixer LLC is based in the United States. Using the store can involve processing in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws from your own.
Where a transfer is subject to EEA, UK or Swiss transfer restrictions, it requires an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses and any required UK or Swiss provisions. A provider's participation in a data privacy framework applies only to covered transfers and a current certification; we do not claim that SuperFixer LLC is certified. Contact us for information about the destinations and safeguards applicable to your data.
9. Retention and security
- Order, payment, refund and accounting records: retained for applicable tax, accounting and legal limitation periods, and as needed to provide access and resolve disputes. The period depends on the record and applicable law.
- Email delivery and consent records: retained while needed to deliver requested resources, prevent duplicate order messages, document permission or withdrawal and resolve delivery issues. Disabling campaigns does not automatically delete these records. Link expiry is not a retention period for consent.
- Support and security records: retained for as long as needed to handle the issue, investigate misuse or establish and defend legal claims. Hosting, email and analytics providers have their own relevant retention settings.
- Access links and browser storage: free-resource links expire after 30 days. Order links are checked against payment status when used. Link expiry does not itself delete contact or order records. Cookie and local-storage lifetimes appear in the cookie policy.
- We use access controls, signed download links and payment-status checks to protect delivery. No online system provides absolute security. Keep order links confidential and contact us if you think they have been exposed.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you can request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or restriction of your information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for future processing. Some records must be kept for legal obligations or claims.
Send requests to contact@puppy-guide.shop or write to our postal address above. We may request proportionate verification before disclosing or changing records. An authorized agent can contact us with evidence of authority. We respond within the applicable legal deadline; if we refuse a request, you may ask us to reconsider or appeal where the law provides that right.
You may complain to the data protection authority where you live or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred. UK residents can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
11. US state privacy choices
Where applicable US state privacy law covers our processing, you may exercise rights to know, access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of personal information, and opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising protected rights.
Use Cookie settings or the footer's Do not sell or share my personal information control and turn marketing off. Global Privacy Control also turns marketing off for the browser sending the signal. These settings do not automatically apply to other devices or erase records already held by partners. Contact us for requests concerning those records. The information categories, sources, purposes and recipient categories are described above.
12. Children and policy changes
The store is intended for adults purchasing pet-care resources. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or knowingly sell or share their information. If you believe a child supplied information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where required.
We update this policy when the service or our practices change and show the revision date above. Where required, we provide additional notice or seek fresh consent before a materially different use of personal information.
