If an individual book or the collection is not right for you, contact us within 30 calendar days of purchase for a full refund of the amount paid for that product. No explanation is required. The guarantee also covers purchases you have already downloaded or personalized.

An included Canva bonus is part of the collection purchase, with no separate purchase price. A refund of the entire collection includes that bonus. A partial statutory remedy remains available where applicable.
Withdrawal notice for EU, EEA and UK consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. If legally required information has not been provided, statutory extensions apply.
To exercise this right, inform SuperFixer LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA, email contact@puppy-guide.shop, of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email or letter. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the deadline.
We provide digital access after confirmed payment. We do not rely on early loss of your withdrawal right merely because you accepted the terms, paid, opened a link or downloaded a file. Our current checkout does not ask you to waive that right.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received under the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and no reimbursement fee is charged. There is no physical item to return.
After withdrawal or a full refund, stop using the refunded content and remove your downloaded and editable copies, including Canva copies. Access through the shop is disabled for fully refunded orders. We cannot remotely delete files or copies already stored on your devices or in your Canva account.

Missing files, broken downloads or incorrect content
Contact contact@puppy-guide.shop if a PDF, ZIP, worksheet or advertised Canva template is missing, corrupt, inaccessible or does not match its description. Tell us which item is affected and the issue; do not send card details. We will help restore access or provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content apply independently of, and may last longer than, our voluntary guarantee. This policy does not exclude applicable EU, UK, Australian or other mandatory consumer remedies.
Refund processing
Refunds return to the original payment method unless an alternative is lawfully agreed. Once issued, the time to appear in your account depends on Stripe and your bank, often 5 to 10 business days. This bank-processing estimate does not extend a statutory deadline for us to issue a refund.
There are no restocking or return-shipping fees for our digital products. If you cannot find the confirmation, use Find my order or contact us with the email used at checkout.
